Holy Spirit, refine us with the flame of your fire to reach our real identity as God’s children
Would you join me in prayer?
Let us pray: Holy Spirit refine our hearts with the flame of your fire, the fire with which you have refined the hearts of millions of people, the fire that enables us to find the eternal… the fire that provokes every heart to run towards God Almighty
Holy Spirit, remove carnal desires and impurities from our hearts,
Holy Spirit, incline our hearts towards Christ and toward those things that are from above
Holy Spirit, purify our minds, align our moral principles to the truth of your Word, and put in our hearts a sense of Justice, truth, mercy and compassion for the lost.
Because as is written in Micah 6:8 “He has shown you, O man, what is good; And what does the Lord require of you, “But to do justly, To love mercy, And to walk humbly with your God”?
Today we humble ourselves before your greatness, your Majesty, your might, and your Holiness.
We give ourselves up before you! Holy Spirit, please fill us, and fill this House with your Holy presence. Amen!
Sin is affecting society daily and globally. Sin is causing our local communities to be in rebellion against God, going against the righteous and spiritual values this nation was once founded on.
The identity that God desired for man was an identity according to His image. God gave man a perfect ability to assign, to activate, to govern, to multiply, to call, and to reign. His language was perfect and pure.
We see this in Genesis 1:26-28, where God said: “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” 27 So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. 28 Then God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”
Unfortunately, man has lost this identity as a result of the influence of sin. Sin is causing our spirit to be in rebellion against God, instead of aligning with his will.
However, God wants to restore our identity. This has always been His desire. He did this with the people of Israel. He revealed to his servant Moses the 10 commandments: the statutes and laws to live in agreement with Him. Israel failed to live up to these laws as a result of their own disobedience as well as a result of being under the influence of other Nations. For decades afterward, Israel reaped the consequences that came from losing their identity and their relationship with the Almighty. Israel fell into captivity under Babylonian rule.
In the middle of this, God finds the prophet Daniel— one of the FEW that maintained his IDENTITY with GOD. Because of this, God uses Daniel to reveal the moral conditions of the end times, and how sin will affect the identity of millions of people.
Daniel Chapter 11:31-32 shows us an image of the end times, and an image of WHO will prevail.
Lets read: 31 “His armed forces will rise up to desecrate the temple fortress and will abolish the daily sacrifice. Then they will set up the abomination that causes desolation.
32 With flattery he will corrupt those who have violated the covenant, but the people who know their God will firmly resist him.
Here we find a powerful statement: But the people who know their God will firmly resist him.
This statement is talking about two things: Identity and standing firm
God’s people are those who know and acknowledge Jesus as Lord and King.
They know that there is power in the NAME of Jesus!
They know that there is power in the BLOOD of Jesus!
God’s people are those who know their identity as sons and daughters of God through Christ
They are those who allow the fear of The Lord to dwell in them.
Those who understand that His return can come at any moment!
Identity allows us to stand firm.
You can ask a square peg to fit into a circle hole, but it will NOT fit, because its identity does not allow it. Likewise, when we have a firm grasp of our identity in the Lord, spiritual darkness cannot confuse us!
Jesus understood that the only way we would achieve a strong identity in HIM would be through the help of the HOLY SPIRIT.
Now, lets Listen to what Jesus Promises about the Holy Spirit:
John 16: 13 But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.
We have failed because we’ve refused the help of the Holy Spirit. If we, as Believers, don’t follow the guidance of the Holy Spirit, neither will the rest of society.
If we obey the guidance of the Holy Spirit, He will come and restore the identity that God desired for man from the beginning. With our identity placed in Jesus, we can
Demonstrate the unquestionable love of God for this nation through evangelism.
We are able to pray for our nation, and by the power of the Holy Spirit, we are able to bring about change through prayer.
By the power of the Holy Spirit we can also make declarations that affect the spiritual realm, and unleash prophetic words of blessing for this nation.
Contribute to the breaking of generational curses;
Contribute to the activation of a revival, so that people in every nation may experience major reconciliation and full relational experience with God and His kingdom.
Having said this:
It’s time for the children of God to stand strong in His might to offer the answers that society is seeking
But for this to be accomplished, it will be necessary for us to know how to encounter and abide in His presence, and in his presence, obtain the anointing that will ultimately break the enemy’s strategies that are seeking to destroy, confound, and twist God’s truth.
We know that the death and resurrection of Jesus enabled the veil to be torn, giving access to all those who are now identified as sons and daughters of God to be able to fully encounter His presence! We have access to encounter the holy presence of God because of the identity we have been given as priests through Christ!
Revelations 1:5-6 “to him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood and made us a kingdom, priests to his God and Father, to him be the glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen”
I want to conclude with the following thoughts:
Together with millions of other believers, our desire is to be reunited with the God who dwells in holiness In the place where his anointing is activated and where His anointing pours out powerfully to destroy strategies of evil and wickedness
We long to be in His presence, where anointing is poured out for salvation, healing, deliverance, restoration, and reconciliation.
Today Jesus opens the door to strengthen our identity as His children
Today Jesus calls you and tells you “I am with you”
Wherever you are, I invite you to accept Jesus as your Lord, receive the identity as his child, and follow him by the guidance of the Holy Spirit
I invite you to make the following declarations:
Today: As servants of God Almighty, we declare that all influence of wickedness will be destroyed
We decree that every nation will rise as a new nation having Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
We implore that the Holy Spirit move, by activation of a powerful revival in every nation
We decree that the kingdom of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob will continue to be established in each family, in each sphere of government, in every Christian organization in this nation in the powerful name of Jesus
We prophesy that the nations will return to you, O God…
In Jesus’ name, Amen
Why and How Christians should pray for the Nation of Israel
Before answering this questions, I want you to read carefully to what follows:
First of all: If we are to pray for the nation of Israel it is imperative, as follower of Jesus Christ, to accept that we are living in the end times. On the other hand, It is nearly impossible to understand the end times and God’s plan for the present age without understanding the role Israel plays.
Why should Christians pray for the Nation of Israel
Unquestionably: The current tensions between Saudi Arabia and Iran, will escalate more and more in the Middle East eventually affecting the Nation os Israel.
Without a doubt: Israel and the nations of the world dominate the end times. Essentially the end times in scripture is the transition between the Kingdoms of this world and the Kingdom of God. During this transition: We, God’s people, the gentile Church that has been grafted into the promises of Israel has the privilege to receive the spirit of supplication that make us capable to intercede effectively on behalf of the Nation of Israel.
In the book of Romans chapter 11:24-28 makes a distinction between Israel and the gentiles believers. The end times is accomplished when Israel receives the promises of blessings because at that time the transition to the Kingdom of God will be accomplished.
How Christians should pray for the Nation of Israel
Among other kind of prayers:
We must speak blessings to them:
Lord, bless them and keep them, make Your face to shine upon them, and be gracious unto them.
Lord, lift up Your countenance upon them and give them peace [Num. 6:24-26]
Lord, let Your showers of blessings be upon them. [Ezekiel 34:26]
We must speak divine revelation to them:
Lord, let Your word be revealed in their life [Is. 40:5]
Lord, let them receive and understand Your hidden wisdom [1 Cor. 2:7]
Lord, let them experience the fear of the Lord, that is the key that opens the store of rich salvation and wisdom and knowledge [Is. 33:6]
We must use our legal rights as God’s children:
We are sitting in heavenly places in Christ, far above all principalities, power, might, and dominion [Eph. 1:3]
We, as a Church of Christ, have the blood of the lamb. [There is power in the blood of Jesus] [Yeshua].
We, as a Church of Christ, have the name of Jesus. [There is power in the name of Jesus] [Yeshua].
We, as a Church of Christ, have the Bible. [2 Peter 1:19].
We, as a Church of Christ, have the baptism in the Holy Spirit.
And by the power of Jesus’s resurrection, we have the authority to bind and to loose.
And because of this, we break and rebuke every plan in the heavens that would operate against the Nation of Israel in the name of Jesus. [Yeshua]
Inevitable Transformation Part II
Inevitable Transformation, is an expression that came to my heart as a result of a question that I did To the Lord Jesus Christ during a devotional time this past month of December 2014. The result of the meditation of this expression, I’m going to break with you in four segments.
First segment: “InevitableTranformación in the Middle East”
First of all, biblically we know the history of the human race gave home in the Middle East, specifically in Mesopotamia, and there it was where the Adamic Sin developed, bringing lethal consequences for the humanity.
Subsequently it was here also in where the King Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon established the first world empire, which affected the development of nations, including, the nation of Israel, that was 70 years in captivity, under the Babylonian empire.
After many years, in the same place but now under the name of Baghdad Iraq [city founded in the year 762 a.d. by Abu Ja’far Abdallah] turns to become a center of worldwide attention after the overthrow of the dictator Saddam Huseein who was executed by Iraqi authorities on December 30 2006.
In May 2010, once again in that same territory, it circulated a news that a new leader called “Abu Bark al-Baghdadi”, was being declared as the Caliph by his followers, bringing with it the establishment of a new caliphate. [Caliphate: an Islamic State led by a Caliph, who is a political and religious leader who, in turn, is a successor to the Islamic prophet Muhammad is.] His power and autoridada are absolute].
Last year this new caliphate established what knows today as “ISIS“ initials translated in the English language like: “The Islamic State of Iraq and to the-Sham” or in the Spanish “Islamic State”.
This terrorist group as we know it now, has been sowing terror in several countries such as: France, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan, Egypt and Yemen. bringing as a consequence among other things the dispossession of property that for years they belonged them to people who had worked for this. A propaganda of terror is also being used to behead journalists, Christian people, and whoever is not one them. With this, causing an exodus of thousands of Iraqis to safe areas.
5 indicators that show the following for the 2015 in the Middle East:
First Indicator: Libya will not improve, since the situation in the country is out of control more and more, and no indicator allowing to ensure the return of stability in the short term, due to the lack of control of the management of oil in that area, after the death of its leader “Muammar Muhammad Abu Minyar al-Gaddafi” who died in October 20 2011
Second Indicator: “Oil will remain cheap, Saudi Arabia the main promoter of the policy of low prices, estimated a deficit of close to $40 billion.” It is something that the country, with a saving of over 40% in recent years, can afford, but produces an uncertainty which has affected the exchanges, or investors, and ultimately could affect the political environment itself or its neighbors. Saudi Arabia itself has already announced that it will delay a macro project of solar energy, which was intended to satisfy much of the growing energy demand of the country for release so the amount of pretoleo available for export.
Third Indicator: Iran and Occident will keep on approaching: The signature of the Nuclear Agreement between Iran and 5 + 1, which are: [Russia, China, France, the USA, the United Kingdom and Germany] has been shortened. Both Iran and Occident begin understanding that they are needed mutually:
On the one hand, Iran, to avoid the economic sanctions and to stop being the nation hated and pushed back by other nations of the international scene, becoming instead a reliable partner even if it remains independent.
On the other hand, Occident cannot let through the hand stretched on the part of one of its biggest headaches in the last 40 years, and less still the United States, which thinks about how to move back gradually from the Gulf to reposition in Asia-Pacific Ocean, where China threatens to turn into hegemonic potency [that is to say in a superiority] in the area that will be the economic engine in the next decades. Before being able to do this, the United States must solve several questions that are to a great extent unsolvable without the Persian intervention.
The peace in Syria, where under the regime of the dictator Basar Al-Ashar , have died approximately more than 200,000 persons according to numbers provided by the UNO and it cannot be achieved if it does not turn out to be favorable to Iran, and it is not possible to defeat really the ISIS without counting with an Iraqi Government and a few militias chiíes that are provided with narrow bonds with its oriental neighbors.
Fourth indicator: Once the Iraqi government is established with the help of Iran, The group jihadist ISIS that operates with $2,000 millions per year, will lose ground, but Iran will be strengthened to achieve the development of nuclear weapons with the help of Russia and China. It is worth mentioning that this was prophesied by the prophet Zechariah chapter 5:11 that describes the location with the name of “Shinar” which is where he is currently one of Iran’s nuclear facilities called “Darkhovin” located on the border between Iran and Iraq.
Fifth Indicator: Once Iran is strengthened, it will threaten first to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, to the West, the US and finally to Israel through other terrorist groups funded by Iran, such as Hezbollah in Lebanon and Hamas in the Gaza Strip. Other groups such as Al Qaeda in Afghanistan that operates with $100 million per year, the Taliban, which operates with $400 million per year, Boko Haram in Nigeria that operates with $70 million, will aggravate the development of the international economy.
Let’s move on to the second segment: “inevitable transformation in the international economy”
Speaking of international economy, just take a look at what is happening in Asia.
China, for example: Is the Asian giant that it is increasingly strong in the midst of the global economic crisis, currently, China’s economy is entering a new stage of development, known as the “enigma of the Chinese development”, which has been greatly called the attention of economists and intellectuals from various countries of the world.
After the United Kingdom announced [last – March 12 2015] that he will join the new infrastructure of Asian investment banking. (AIIB), where China appears as a founding member. Germany, France and Italy decided [last] March 28, 2015 to follow the exampler of Great Britain and take part. With this agreement they are welcoming the beginning of the end of the domination of the American dollar. In the last decades USA has been worldwide the indisputable economic and political superpower. The whole world happily uses the American dollar, and the bank system of the USA. More important still, the world happily has put its confidence in the government of the USA. In this moment, the government of the USA is in the drowning of the debt, at an insolvency level. At the end of 2015 the total government debt in the United States, including federal, state, and local, is expected to be $21.694 trillion.
Other countries, including the allied nations to see that times are changing, are developing new actors in the economic order, and the USA are not the only option. The nations, are increasingly turning to China, which, by some measurements, is already the largest economy in the world. And the US government cannot do anything about it. This is happening now with greater speed. This is the main news in all parties: the USA are being rejected by their allies by the new kid on the block called China. This has and will have important consequences for the United States.
The history shows that when the reservation coins change, the nations almost always experience important disturbances.
Let’s move on to the third segment: “inevitable transformation in the structure of the Church”
Last March 24, 2015, the Group Barna published a topic that titled: “2015 the State of Atheism in America”.
Who is the Barna Group? The Barna Group, is a visionary company of investigation located in Venture, California. Who began in 1984. The company leader is considered to be an organization in investigation centred on the intersection of the faith and the culture, with the vision of providing to the persons believable information and of clarity in the thought, what it allows them to navigate upon a complex and changeable culture. They published the following thing in reference to the State of Atheism that is unfolding in America.
One of every four adults who do not go to a Christian service is: Skeptic, Atheist or Agnostic.
5 Demographic changes among the skeptics:
1. They are younger. [The younger today skeptics in average sound that in the past]
2. They are more educated. [Half of them are graduates of universities]
3. The majority of them are women. [Perhaps the most important transition of everything is the entry of million women in the lines of the skeptic. In 1993 only 16 % of atheists and agnostics was women. By 2013 that figure already has nearly tripled to 43 %.
4. They are more radical. White Americans, who constitute two-thirds of the country’s total population, are well above the average in its embrace of atheism and agnosticism; they comprise three-quarters of the skeptical segment.
5. They are dispersing quickly: [Of many ways, the skeptics are alike the rest of America, more than earlier. And its numbers are growing more quickly than nobody was expected 20 years ago.] Note: without a doubt this is a Principality.
¿What is it that most influence the self-identity among Americans?
1. The Family.
2. To be an American.
3. Its religious faith.
4. Its ethnic group.
5. Its Career.
6. Its State.
7. Its city or its local community.
“God, family, country” might be the country music belief, but most of the Americans changed the order. The adults are more inclined to see its family like an important part of its personal identity, “American” is the second one and the “religious faith” is in the third one. With a tie in the fourth distant place, popular career and its ethnic group. Giving like result that significantly less adult affirm that its state or its city have very much impact on its personal identity.
Understanding the indicators mentioned at national level, the Church will have to offer a structure capable of provoking that God is first
When God is first:
• The society is aligned with the divine principles and not with humanism. [The humanism is the belief that the needs and human values are more important than religious beliefs, or the needs and desires of human beings.]
• Unfortunately, in recent years, theology has little by little been displaced by “philosophy of humanism”, leaving the society 3 universal questions unanswered. that I found in the book of Job 14:4 “Who can bring a clean thing out of an unclean? No one!.” Job 14:10 “But man dies, and is laid away; Indeed he breathes his last And where is he?” Job 14:14 “If a man dies, shall he live again?.
• It is evident that the Church knows the answers to such questions, but that the rest of society?
Let’s go on to the Fourth Segment: “Inevitable transformation in the power of the altar”
In this last segment, I want to make special emphasis on the power of the altar.
1. An altar is a point of connection between man and God.
2. An altar is a point of connection between the visible and the invisible.
How do the altars work?
1. Functioning as inputs / access.
2. Open doors and gates that allow the traffic between the spiritual and the physical realm.
3. Whoever controls the doors of the altars, controls the traffic between the two dimensions.
It is inevitable to ignore that a powerful transformation is accelerating in all the earth, and as a result all who inhabit it will experience these consequences. I refer to a transformation in the field of technological, political, religious, social, moral, economic, cultural and spiritual.
Meaning with this that every person depending on the inclination that it has, will be captivated in that direction (leadership).
1. In the political sphere for centuries to existed manipulation that moves the masses in the direction that best suits them to those who make policy.
2. In the same way it happens in the field of technological, religious, social, moral, economic, cultural and spiritual.
3. For this reason the Bible, the Word of God in 1 Corinthians 2:14-16 places emphasis on the following:
But the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him; nor can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he who is spiritual judges all things, yet he himself is rightly judged by no one. For “who has known the mind of the LORD that he may instruct Him?” But we have the mind of Christ.
And speaking of spiritual discernment we see that in recent years, the establishment of laws which are contrary to the established by God and accepted in society, have unleashed a moral disaster, affecting millions around the world.
In economic matters according to the experts in economics, the current oil prices are going to destabilize the global economy in the coming months. Saudi Arabia who have lowered the price of crude oil are apparently punishing Iran’s economy, Russia among others, and are simultaneously helping to strengthen the US dollar, however the question is: For how long? It is inevitable to think about how they are going to react the nations mentioned above.
Prophetically Iran will succeed in the development of the nuclear bomb, and one of those
Missiles will be launched against Saudi Arabia, specifically against the Mecca. The question is; Why Iran wants to destroy The Mecca? The potential answer is because for them [Muslims and Islamic] Saudi Arabia has been prostituted with Babylon because they are selling their oil. They hate them because they are enriching other nations with their oil.
The book of the prophet Zechariah mentioned the following prophecy about it.
Zech. 5:1-11 [NKJV] “Then I turned and raised my eyes, and saw there a flying scroll. And he said to me, “What do you see?” So I answered, “I see a flying scroll. Its length is twenty cubits and its width ten cubits.” Then he said to me, “This is the curse that goes out over the face of the whole earth: ‘Every thief shall be expelled,’ according to this side of the scroll; and, ‘Every perjurer shall be expelled,’ according to that side of it.” “I will send out the curse, ” says the LORD of hosts; “It shall enter the house of the thief And the house of the one who swears falsely by My name. It shall remain in the midst of his house And consume it, with its timber and stones.” Then the angel who talked with me came out and said to me, “Lift your eyes now, and see what this is that goes forth.” So I asked, “What is it?” And he said, “It is a basket that is going forth.” He also said, “This is their resemblance throughout the earth: Here is a lead disc lifted up, and this is a woman sitting inside the basket”; then he said, “This is Wickedness!” And he thrust her down into the basket, and threw the lead cover over its mouth. Then I raised my eyes and looked, and there were two women, coming with the wind in their wings; for they had wings like the wings of a stork, and they lifted up the basket between earth and heaven. So I said to the angel who talked with me, “Where are they carrying the basket?” And he said to me, “To build a house for it in the land of Shinar; when it is ready, the basket will be set there on its base.”
Eyes to See
As servants of Almighty God we must recognize the following if we want to see the powerful manifestation of the Holy Spirit:
1.- There is no time for selfishness, arrogance, pride, vanity, wrong ambition, self-promotion, ignorance, greed.
2.- It is time for the brokenness of hearth, It is time for the abandonment in the Lord, repentance, consecration, dedication.
3.- If we see ourselves as a vessel, we must cleanse ourselves, if we see ourselves as an instrument we should be in tune with the Holy Spirit, if we see ourselves as weapons of war, we must be prepared for battle.
By doing this our spirit is ready to see and hear what the Holy Spirit says, and is ready to fight in the spiritual realm.
Let’s read the following scriptures:
2 Kings 6:8-18
8 Now the king of Syria was making war against Israel; and he consulted with his servants, saying, “My camp will be in such and such a place.” 9 And the man of God sent to the king of Israel, saying, “Beware that you do not pass this place, for the Syrians are coming down there.” 10 Then the king of Israel sent someone to the place of which the man of God had told him. Thus he warned him, and he was watchful there, not just once or twice.
11 Therefore the heart of the king of Syria was greatly troubled by this thing; and he called his servants and said to them, “Will you not show me which of us is for the king of Israel?”
12 And one of his servants said, “None, my lord, O king; but Elisha, the prophet who is in Israel, tells the king of Israel the words that you speak in your bedroom.”
13 So he said, “Go and see where he is, that I may send and get him.”
And it was told him, saying, “Surely he is in Dothan.”
14 Therefore he sent horses and chariots and a great army there, and they came by night and surrounded the city. 15 And when the servant of the man of God arose early and went out, there was an army, surrounding the city with horses and chariots. And his servant said to him, “Alas, my master! What shall we do?”
16 So he answered, “Do not fear, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” 17 And Elisha prayed, and said, “Lord, I pray, open his eyes that he may see.” Then the Lord opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw. And behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha. 18 So when the Syrians came down to him, Elisha prayed to the Lord, and said, “Strike this people, I pray, with blindness.” And He struck them with blindness according to the word of Elisha.
Elisha’s servant cried in despair “Alas”
1.- He saw the Syrian army had surrounded the city, But Elisha said don’t be afraid we have them outnumbered, then He asked God to open the servant eyes, He then saw the chariots of fire ringing the mountain.
2.- How differently things look when your ayes are opened, looking at the physical, we are surrounded, we haven’t got a chance, looking at the spiritual, they are surrounded, they haven’t got a chance.
3.- Our mistake is looking only at the physical realm.
4.- If we are going to confront the enemy, let God open our eyes to see.
Strategy of intercession based on the book of Acts 19
The following information is intended to define what kind of strategy is going to need to be developed before the crusade “Mexico Prays”.
Strategy of Intercession to “Turning a city upside down”
When we dive into Acts 19 we find that there was a huge demonic influence in Ephesus:
Ephesus had a principality ruling over the city during the first century.
“But when they realized he was a Jew, they all shouted in unison for about two hours: “Great is Artemis of the Ephesians!” The city clerk quieted the crowd and said: “Fellow Ephesians, doesn’t all the world know that the city of Ephesus is the guardian of the temple of the great Artemis and of her image, which fell from heaven? (Acts 19:34, 35 NIV)”
Note: This principality (Artemis) is the same called (the Queen of Heaven) Ishtar, mentioned in Jeremiah 44:17-22
“We will certainly do everything we said we would: We will burn incense to the Queen of Heaven and will pour out drink offerings to her just as we and our ancestors, our kings and our officials did in the towns of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem. At that time we had plenty of food and were well off and suffered no harm. But ever since we stopped burning incense to the Queen of Heaven and pouring out drink offerings to her, we have had nothing and have been perishing by sword and famine.” The women added, “When we burned incense to the Queen of Heaven and poured out drink offerings to her, did not our husbands know that we were making cakes impressed with her image and pouring out drink offerings to her?” Then Jeremiah said to all the people, both men and women, who were answering him, “Did not the Lord remember and call to mind the incense burned in the towns of Judah and the streets of Jerusalem by you and your ancestors, your kings and your officials and the people of the land? When the Lord could no longer endure your wicked actions and the detestable things you did, your land became a curse and a desolate waste without inhabitants, as it is today. (Jeremiah 44:17-22 NIV)”
“The children gather wood, the fathers light the fire, and the women knead the dough and make cakes to offer to the Queen of Heaven. They pour out drink offerings to other gods to arouse my anger. (Jeremiah 7:18 NIV)”
This Principality was Ishtar, The Mesopotamian goddess of love and fertility
(Note: This is the same Principality that is ruling Mexico for at least 500 years, [under the name “La Virgen María”], provoking that millions of Mexican people die without Jesus.)
Note: In recent years another expression from this same principality came to the surface
[under the name of: “La santa muerte”] that currently is worshiped by at least 2 million Mexican people
– These two idols are leading [politicians, social media, drug cartels, education, economy, homosexuals, lesbians], among others.
– During more than 90 years, The gospel of Jesus has been preached in México, bringing hope and transformation. Mexico currently has the population of 112,336,538 million with 6.7% being Christians [Thats 7,370,000] in the whole country.
According to (INEGI) The National Institute of Statistics and Geography, México City has a population of 15,175,862 million people, (2014)
How did The Holy Spirit lead Paul to deal with this principality [Diana] and conquer this territory and make a huge transformation in Ephesus?
1.- By the conviction to see each disciple filled with the Holy Spirit, to establish the kingdom of God.
He was assured that all the disciples of Jesus Christ were baptized with the Holy Spirit. (This is not negotiable) Each intercessor must have the baptism with the Holy Spirit.
“While Apollos was at Corinth, Paul took the road through the interior and arrived at Ephesus. There he found some disciples and asked them, “Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?” They answered, “No, we have not even heard that there is a Holy Spirit.” So Paul asked, “Then what baptism did you receive?” “John’s baptism,” they replied. Paul said, “John’s baptism was a baptism of repentance. He told the people to believe in the one coming after him, that is, in Jesus.” On hearing this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus. When Paul placed his hands on them, the Holy Spirit came on them, and they spoke in tongues and prophesied. (Acts 19:1-6 NIV)”
2.- By the establishment of a school to equip the believers for 2 consecutive years.
“Paul entered the synagogue and spoke boldly there for three months, arguing persuasively about the kingdom of God. But some of them became obstinate; they refused to believe and publicly maligned the Way. So Paul left them. He took the disciples with him and had discussions daily in the lecture hall of Tyrannus. This went on for two years, so that all the Jews and Greeks who lived in the province of Asia heard the word of the Lord. (Acts 19:8-10 NIV)”
3.- By the demonstration of the power of the Holy Spirit.
“God did extraordinary miracles through Paul, so that even handkerchiefs and aprons that had touched him were taken to the sick, and their illnesses were cured and the evil spirits left them. (Acts 19:11, 12 NIV)”
4.- By the recognition of establishing spiritual warfare in three different levels.
Ground Level –
“As you go, proclaim this message: ‘The kingdom of heaven has come near.’ Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give. (Matthew 10:7, 8 NIV)”
“Some Jews who went around driving out evil spirits tried to invoke the name of the Lord Jesus over those who were demon-possessed. They would say, “In the name of the Jesus whom Paul preaches, I command you to come out.” Seven sons of Sceva, a Jewish chief priest, were doing this. One day the evil spirit answered them, “Jesus I know, and Paul I know about, but who are you?” Then the man who had the evil spirit jumped on them and overpowered them all. He gave them such a beating that they ran out of the house naked and bleeding. When this became known to the Jews and Greeks living in Ephesus, they were all seized with fear, and the name of the Lord Jesus was held in high honor. Many of those who believed now came and openly confessed what they had done. (Acts 19:13-18 NIV)”
Occult Level –
“A number who had practiced sorcery brought their scrolls together and burned them publicly. When they calculated the value of the scrolls, the total came to fifty thousand drachmas. In this way the word of the Lord spread widely and grew in power. (Acts 19:19, 20 NIV)”
Note: Mexico has a lot of this practice (We need to equip all of the intercessors to subdue any kind of occultism, divination, witchcraft, black magic, Santeria, idolatry, sorcery, among others)
Heavenly Level –
“And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing. The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. (2 Corinthians 4:3, 4 NIV)”
“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. (Ephesians 6:12 NIV)”
After that Paul established in Ephesus one of the seven churches in Asia, inspiring the whole region.
About a decade after the church had been started, Paul wrote a letter to the Ephesians commending their faith and love. A careful reading of this epistle shows that they had done well. They appeared well organized and busy. During these early years they had been growing, expanding and doing the will of God. He commends their sincerity (Ephesians 6:24). Teaching is to Christians what watering is to plants – necessary and strengthening (1 Corinthians 3:6). Timothy (1 Timothy 1:3-4), Acquila and Priscilla (Acts 18:25), and Apollos had all spent time watering the Ephesian church. It should have been one of the most thoroughly instructed of all the first-century congregations. The picture now is a well-watered and self-sufficient church.

Isaiah 45:8 says, “Open up, O heavens, and pour out your righteousness. Let the earth open wide so salvation and righteousness can sprout up together.”
[Please, let me make a short prayer]
Father, in the name of Jesus:
• We ask for open heavens, that the Gospel may run swiftly on this nation. As it is written, “For He draws up drops of water, which distill as rain from the mist, Which the clouds drop down and pour abundantly on man, [Job. 36:28-29] we ask to see Your mercy falling as a continuous abundant rain.
• We ask that Your Holy Spirit descend on each one of us and pour a deep desire of transformation so that we may become your people.
As a nation with a current population of 5.7 million people, Nicaragua has suffered, among other things, the influence of the idolatry further propagated by the Spanish during the 1500’s, internal wars, and two powerful earthquakes that devastated Managua in 1931 and 1972.
As a result, in the natural realm, Nicaragua is currently facing:
• Political limitations
• Unequal distribution of resources
• High agro-ecological vulnerability
• Weak governmental power
• Little diversification of income sources
• Limited access to services
• Low productivity
• Poor salaries
• Worsening food insecurity
What is happening in the spiritual realm?
The idolatry established in this nation has activated the access of other spiritual influences such as:
• Witchcraft, wizardry, Satanism, voodoo, divination
• Organized crime
• Drug abuse
• Homosexuality, disordered sexual pleasures
• Human trafficking, Abortion, Alcoholism, and many others.
With this in mind, the question is: What role does each us have when coming to this beautiful country?
First of all, we know the Lord opened a marvelous door to LOLI by giving it tremendous favor and grace to come to Nicaragua, and giving it the opportunity to see many of Nicaragua’s Christian ministries coming together, in unity, to pray and to activate a new spiritual realm of influence in this country.
How can we activate a new spiritual realm of influence?
With at least 3 actions:
1. By showing the unquestionable love of God to this community through humanitarian work
2. By bringing prayers at the altar of prayer.
– Prayer activates a sweet fragrance that delights the heart of God and prompts him to set the hosts of heaven in motion for the purpose of and in answer to the prayer of the saints. As can be seen Zachariah’s experience in Luke 1, altars full of prayers to The Lord enable God’s presence.
3. By making declarations that affect the spiritual atmosphere and speaking prophetic words for this nation.
Doing this, we will contribute to the breaking of generational curses, we will contribute to the activation of a revival, and we will contribute to the people of Nicaragua experiencing unity and a full expression of a relationship with God and His Kingdom.
Conquering the Land
The Bible gives us the story the Battle of Jericho as a powerful example of a people conquering a land by God’s power. His power was activated because in the people of Israel he found obedience, consecration and determination. These are traits that we must have in order to see His power.
According to the book of Joshua, Israel lodged three days before they were able to cross the Jordan River on their way to Jericho.
• Joshua 3:3: “…When you see the ark of the covenant of The Lord your God, and the priests, the Levites, bearing it, then you shall set out from your place and go after it.”
As we know, the ark of the covenant is a representation of His presence. Likewise, WE must always seek His presence before setting out and make sure we let His presence go before us.
• v 3:8 “You shall command the priests who bear the ark of the covenant, saying, ‘When you have come to the edge of the water of the Jordan, you shall stand in the Jordan.'”
Just like the twelve tribes of Israel came in agreement and joined, with the ark going before them, prior to crossing the Jordan en route to the conquest of Jericho, God is bringing together LOLI and Nicaragua’s Christian ministries to the edge of the waters to activate a miracle that will change the nation.
• vv 3:9-11:
So Joshua said to the children of Israel, “Come here, and hear the words of The Lord your God.” And Joshua said, “By this you shall know that the living God is among you, and that He will without fail drive out from before you the Canaanites and the Hittites and the Hivites and the Perizzites and the Girgashites and the Amorites and the Jebusites. Behold, the ark of the covenant of The Lord of all the earth is crossing over before you into the Jordan.
Should there have been any doubt, God is telling us that he, the Lord of all the earth, is among us. We are not here by our own efforts; we are here by a divine appointment, for a specific purpose!
When Israel obeyed the Lord’s instructions, the supernatural was activated:
• v 3:16: “the waters which came down from upstream stood still, and rose in a heap very far away at Adam, the city that is beside Zaretan. So the waters that went down into the Sea of the Arabah, the Salt Sea, failed, and were cut off; and the people crossed over opposite Jericho. Then the priests who bore the ark of the covenant of the Lord stood firm on dry ground in the midst of the Jordan; and all Israel crossed over on dry ground, until all the people had crossed completely over the Jordan”
Let us focus on what happened next when Israel reached Jericho. Joshua 5: 13-14;
And it came to pass, when Joshua was by Jericho, that he lifted his eyes and looked, and behold, a Man stood opposite him with His sword drawn in His hand. And Joshua went to Him and said to Him, “Are You for us or for our adversaries?”
So He said, “No, but as Commander of the army of the Lord I have now come.”
What is notable and encouraging about this scripture?
1. Joshua saw a Man with His sword drawn in His hand, ready to fight. I repeat: “ready to fight!” Are you ready to fight? Today, He is with us as Commander of the army of The Lord! Aleluya!
“And Joshua fell on his face to the earth and worshiped, and said to Him, “What does my Lord say to His servant?”
Then the Commander of the Lord’s army said to Joshua, “Take your sandal off your foot, for the place where you stand is holy.” And Joshua did so.” Joshua 5:14-15
Do the words that Joshua heard sound familiar? We can recall when the Angel of The Lord appeared to Moses in a flame of fire from the midst of a bush (or: appeared to Moses in the burning bush)
Then He said, “Do not draw near this place. Take your sandals off your feet, for the place where you stand is holy ground.”
Moreover He said, “I am the God of your father—the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.” And Moses hid his face, for he was afraid to look upon God.
And the Lord said: “I have surely seen the oppression of My people who are in Egypt, and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters, for I know their sorrows.
So I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up from that land to a good and large land, to a land flowing with milk and honey, to the place of the Canaanites and the Hittites and the Amorites and the Perizzites and the Hivites and the Jebusites.
Removing the sandals off our feet
Taking the sandals off our feet can mean, among other things, to learn to walk in the light of His presence, in his holiness, in his power, in his nature.
The Lord has come to Nicaragua to remove all types of captivity! TO BE ABLE TO SEE THIS, EVERY FOLLOWER OF JESUS CHRIST HAS TO REMOVE HIS/HER OWN ‘SANDALS’—HIS/HER OWN CONCEPTS, AND WALK IN GOD’S PRESENCE, HIS HOLINESS, HIS POWER, AND HIS NATURE.
Having Him as a Commander, it will guarantee us the victory over the enemy in this country.
Finally, the Bible tells us how the destruction of the city of Jericho took place
Now Jericho was securely shut up because of the children of Israel; none went out, and none came in.
And the Lord said to Joshua: “See! I have given Jericho into your hand, its king, and the mighty men of valor.
You shall march around the city, all you men of war; you shall go all around the city once. This you shall do six days.
And seven priests shall bear seven trumpets of rams’ horns before the ark. But the seventh day you shall march around the city seven times, and the priests shall blow the trumpets.
It shall come to pass, when they make a long blast with the ram’s horn, and when you hear the sound of the trumpet, that all the people shall shout with a great shout; then the wall of the city will fall down flat. And the people shall go up every man straight before him.”
(Joshua 6:1-5 NKJV)
In a spiritual sense, as a generation of priests and kings made as such by Jesus (Rev. 1:6), and understanding the empowerment that He gives us, let us use this empowerment to bring the sound of the shofar and a cry of victory, making a sound that will bring down every spiritual fortress that the adversary has set up in Nicaragua!
To conclude in prayer:
Father, we come to Nicaragua in the name of your precious Son Jesus, and in His name, we take authority in this nation to tear down corruption, idolatry, every work of witchcraft, Santeria, Satanism, every spirit of divination, the work of sorcerers, organized crime, drug abuse, domestic violence, homosexuality, and human trafficking; we tear down the spirit of abortion, alcoholism, and others that would stand against Your truth.
Lord, be lifted High, and may all who hate your name be scattered.
As servants of the Most High, creator of the heavens and the earth, we declare that all evil influence be quelled.
We decree that Nicaragua rises as a new nation with Jesus as her savior and Lord.
We implore that your Holy Spirit come and activate a great revival in this nation.
We decree that Your kingdom be established in every family, in every government sphere, and in every Christian organization around the country, in the name of the powerful name of Jesus!
We prophesy that Nicaragua turns to you!
I bear witness from how the topic came:
It was 4:20 in the morning when I woke up to get ready to go to the house of payer, as I decided to rest for a moment my thoughts suddenly centered around a young man I had recently visited in one of Texas’ state prisons and while debating whether to get up from bed a voice came to my mind that said: “The Altar of the 12” with the scriptures associated with the 12 tribes of Israel. Once my wife woke up, I immediately told her that what I had experienced sounded thematic. Then the following verses came to mind:
Genesis 49: 1-27 speaks to us of the prophetic words that Jacob gave to the 12, and Joshua 4 talks about representing the 12 tribes and their memorials after crossing the Jordan.
Around 5:00 am I arrived at the house of prayer and prayed: “Lord please guide me in this matter, I acknowledge that we need your wisdom to see the depths of your word.” Then I decided to investigate the association of these writings with the words I had received; “The Altar of the 12”
From the beginning of all things, altars play a very important role in developing personal, family, and social settings. They create a course and flow in a certain direction.
Noah built an altar to Jehovah, immediately after a judgment of God against the first inhabitants of the Earth. Gen. 8:20 [Then Noah built an “altar to the Lord, “and took of every clean animal and of every clean fowl, and offered a burnt offering on the altar.] And the Lord perceived a pleasant smell; and the Lord said in his heart: I will never again curse the ground because of man; although every attempt of man’s heart is evil from his youth; I will never again destroy every living creature, as I have done]
Characteristics of this Sacrifice:
CAUSE and EFFECT
Selections are made very carefully, What is sacrificed has to be clean
A clean sacrifice, Generates a pleasant aroma before God
A pleasant aroma, Produces changes in the heart of God
God makes decisions in favor generationally, When God perceives favorable aroma
1. Why did Noah build an altar to Jehovah and offer the cleanest sacrifice?
2. Was is because it was fresh in his conscious what Abel had done, bringing
“of the fattest” Gen.4:4
In summary we can say two things about the altars:
1. An altar is a point of connection between man and God
2. An altar is a point of connection between the visible and the invisible
How do altars function?
1. Function as entrances / access
2. Open doors and gates that allow traffic between the spiritual and the physical
3. Whoever controls the gates of the altars controls the traffic between the two dimensions.
Let’s look at the construction of some altars; the Bible tells us that approximately 1927 years before Christ, Abraham built altars.
* The first in Shechem – site of the great tree of Moreh-Gen.12:6-7 “Abram passed through the land to the place of Shechem, as far as the terebinth tree of Moreh. And the Canaanites were then in the land. Then the LORD appeared to Abram and said, “To your descendants I will give this land.” And there he built an altar to the LORD, who had appeared to him.”
* The second in Bethel – Gen. 12:8 “And he moved from there to the mountain east of Bethel, and he pitched his tent with Bethel on the west and Ai on the east; there he built an altar to the LORD and called on the name of the LORD.”
* The third in Moriah – Gen. 22:9 “Then they came to the place of which God had told him. And Abraham built an altar there and placed the wood in order; and he bound Isaac his son and laid him on the altar, upon the wood. And Abraham stretched out his hand and took the knife to slay his son.”
* Notes: [The Moriah stone is located today where the mosque of Omar is built]. This place is a portal to the universe, there is an impressive angelic activity, and access to the sky, that rises and falls [the angel of the Lord stops him and tells him; Do not lay your hand on the boy, nor do him any harm; [because now I know that you fear God, because you did not withhold your one and only son], the power of the altar opened access to have dialogue with the invisible, and with the eternal, which is in heaven. Our eyes are limited to see space and time, and tangible things because of the human condition, but when we are on the altar of God, God opens our eyes to a dimension our natural eyes can’t see. Then we are able to see other things that are not natural. [He sees the Angel of the Lord and listening to the angel of the Lord, saying: Do no harm to the boy] Abraham stops, and we know the rest of the story, this location has the most activity of the Old Testament.
His son Isaac
Note: When you are a man of the altar, it is more likely that the next generation is going to follow in your footsteps. Because who our children least want to follow is a religious father. They are tired of religion. But if they see the effectiveness of what is happening, [more specifically non-religious altars] this sets a precedence. Our children long for a spiritual father and a practical man who fears God and shuns evil.
They want to be able to say; I can clearly see that God is surely with my father. This will cause the men of the altar to mentor generations for God’s altar.
Isaac: followed in his father’s footsteps, building an altar at Gerar
Gen. 26: 24-25 “And the LORD appeared to him the same night and said, I am the God of your father Abraham; do not fear, for I am with you. I will bless you and multiply your descendants [those who love to be on the altar] for My servant Abraham’s sake.” So Isaac built an altar there and called on the name of the LORD, and he pitched his tent there; and there Isaac’s servants dug a well.
Note: The father by his example enables the son to have an impressive encounter with his God, the God of his father. God appears to him and signs a document so that he can identify himself as been associated with his father, Abraham. Isaac had to know firsthand the experience of seeing the invisible. God appears to him and says: “I am the God of Abraham your father.” How would you like your children to receive a similar experience where God says, “I am the God of thy father?” It would establish and confirm God’s presence not only in heaven but on earth. From that point on, Isaac was not the same man. “I am the God of Abraham your father and I’ll bless you for my servant’s sake, that he who loves me I love you and your generations unto the third and fourth generation, but he which hate me I oppose.” When we go to the altar something happens inside of us. When we want to have contact with the invisible, an action of gratitude enters and releases the best we have to offer. Grateful for what has happened God creates an agape love in our heart, a pure love,
a love that is clean. We cannot offer God anything, if agape love is not active. But God knew that Abraham had this kind of love and blessed both him and his son Isaac; ” I will bless you and will increase the number of your descendants for the sake of my servant Abraham.”
Now comes a third generation, his grandson Jacob and Jacob does the same thing.
Jacob grandson of Abraham built an altar in Shechem
Gen. 33:19-20 “And he bought the parcel of land, where he had pitched his tent, from the children of Hamor, Shechem’s father, for one hundred pieces of money. Then he erected an altar there and called it El Elohe Israel.”=”God: The God of Israel”
The God of Israel wants to show us how to intimately know him through worship at His altars. It stands to reason, that the bible offers us information that shows us the importance of this. We can see this through the example where King David bought the land where Abraham went to sacrifice Isaac. This was approximately 976 years after Abraham built three altars, and about 951 years BC.
2 Sam. 24:24 says: “Then the king said to Araunah, ‘No, but I will surely buy it from you for a price; nor will I offer burnt offerings to the LORD my God with that which costs me nothing.’ So David bought the threshing floor and the oxen for fifty shekels of silver. And David built there an altar to the LORD, and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings. So the LORD heeded the prayers for the land, and the plague was withdrawn from Israel.”
Note: The reason the plague happened was because David took a census of Israel, and God didn’t like it. For many years I scratched my head wondering what caused God’s anger? What was so bad about taking a census of the nation or counting the number of people? Until one day, something came to my heart that made me think of a possible answer [not that it is]. When God deals with Abraham, God is not just looking at Abraham. He is seeing several generations. Similarly, when God interacts with an individual, He is not just looking at him; God looks at his children and his children’s children. He views them as a full complete package, because he thinks generationally.
Perhaps you and I are the first generation of christian people among our families, that beautiful, that powerful, This doesn’t change the fact that when God sees at my family He doesn’t just look at Alvaro and Linda, God is also seeing at my 5 children and my children’s children, Praise God!
Notice what God says to Abraham: Then He brought him outside and said, “Look now toward heaven, and count the stars if you are able to number them”. And He said to him, “So shall your descendants be”. David forgets this promise and begins to count what God says not to count. It makes sense then that because of David’s sin, a plague came. But David was also then given three options. David could choose the following options: 2 Sam. 24:13-14 “So God came to David and told him; and he said to him, shall seven years of famine come to you in your land? Or shall you flee three months before your enemies, while they pursue you? Or shall there be three days plague in your land? Now consider and see what answer I should take back to Him who sent me. And David said to God, I am in great distress. Please let us fall into the hand of the LORD, for His mercies are great; but do not let me fall into the hand of man.”’
In addition, 2 Sam. 24:25 says: “And David built there an altar to the LORD, and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings. So the LORD heeded the prayers for the land, and the plague was withdrawn from Israel.”
Because David was aware of the active altar, it was like God was telling David, don’t mess with my plans.
If I want to multiply My people don’t count them for Me. Tremendous mortality occurred when David counted the people, where more than 70,000 men died. Then as the angel of the Lord was flying just above Mount Moriah, David looks at it and is terrified. God tells the angel to hold his sword because many more people were going to die in Jerusalem. But because David humbles himself and builds an altar seeking God, God forgives him. David sensed God’s presence because he was familiar with offering an appropriate sacrifice to the Lord that would generate a pleasing aroma before Him. This also brings to mind, nations like Mexico, where there has been massacres because of innumerable crime waves….
• We want in our nation; to stop abuse, murders, drug trafficking, consumption of alcohol, child abuse, domestic violence, human trafficking, pornography, abortion, idolatry, corruption, divorce, sexual immorality ?…
• We as the body of Christ have to build altars and offer supplications to stop the carnage.
The place that David was buying was an access between the spiritual and the physical. This was a place where Abraham had opened a portal to the universe.
This is the place where King David saw the angel of the Lord floating between heaven and Earth.
1 Chron. 21:16 “Then David lifted his eyes and saw the angel of the Lord standing between earth and heaven, having in his hand a drawn sword stretched out over Jerusalem. So David and the elders, clothed in sackcloth, fell on their faces.”
Shortly after the death of King David, his son Solomon built the Temple in the same place.
It took 7 seven years to build the temple.
2 Chron. 3:1 “Now Solomon began to build the house of the Lord at Jerusalem on Mount Moriah, where the Lord had appeared to his father David, at the place that David had prepared on the threshing floor of Ornan the Jebusite.”
1 Kings 6:37-38 “In the fourth year the foundation of the house of the Lord was laid, in the month of Ziv. And in the eleventh year, in the month of Bul, which is the eighth month, the house was finished in all its details and according to all its plans. So he was seven years in building it.”
God promises His permanent presence on the temple on Mount Moriah.
2 Chron. 7:14-16 “if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek
My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and
heal their land. Now My eyes will be open and My ears attentive to prayer made in this place. For now
I have chosen and sanctified this house, that My name may be there forever; and My eyes and My heart
will be there perpetually.”
Approximately 1000 years later Jesus was crucified at Golgotha located on the slopes of Mount Moriah.
Currently; on this same Mount Moriah, is Omar’s mosque or the dome of the rock, a Muslim building which
was built between the years 688-692 of our era.
Presently, between this building and the Wailing Wall, three of the world religions [Muslims, Jews and Christians] are concentrated.
• In this century, neither Muslims, Jews nor Christians have a literal altar of stones, as it was before the sacrifice of Christ.
• The people of Israel hoped to build the third Temple on the same site as the first and the second were destroyed.
• We know prophetically that when this happens, the Antichrist will make his appearance.
• The third Temple will be measured [Rev. 11:1 “…Rise and measure the temple of God, the altar,
and those who worship there.”]
• In Revelation 14 we are informed that the Lamb will be standing on Mount Zion, next to Mount Moriah. And with Him 144,000 in whose mouth was not found lying 14:5 and those who follow the Lamb whithersoever he goes 14:4
I developed the theme of The Altar of the 12, with this in mind.
Firstly, when Jacob prophesied over his children in Genesis 49, he was carrying the blessings his father Isaac had spoken over him as a result of God’s covenant with his grandfather Abraham.
• Jacob was under a generational blessing
• This was the result of a promise God gave Abraham “and your seed, will be blessed…”
• He was the son, the child of promise – Isaac-
• The credentials to prophesy about his sons were at a high point.
• There was a deep identity with what he was and what he had to do.
• Jacob had a dream where he saw a staircase and angelic traffic. Gen 28:12.
According to Dt. 27:12-13 these twelve are selected in groups of six, to bless and to curse.
Note: When the book of Deuteronomy was written, more than 480 years had passed from the time that Jacob came to Egypt with 70 people, Gen. 46:27. By then all of his children had died, and are now being represented by tribes.
1. Ruben, to curse, Ruben rebels, son of Leah
2. Simeon, to bless, Avenged Dina, son of Leah
3. Levi, to bless, Also avenges Dina, son of Leah
4. Judah, to bless, Tribe of Judah – Jesus -, son of Leah
5. Zebulun, to curse, Was merchant, son of Leah
6. Issachar, to bless Strong Mule – intercessor -, son of Leah
7. Dan, to curse, Snake in the road, son of Bilhah-R
8. Gad, to curse, Warriors/Violence, son of Zilpah-L
9. Asher, to curse, Supports King, son of Zilpah-L
10. Naphtali, to curse, Unruly servant/fine language son of Bilhah-R
11. Joseph, to bless, Fruitful Branch, son of Rachel
12. Benjamin, to bless, Fights wolves, son of Rachel
The following are the curses pronounced from Mount Ebal, Dt. 11:29; 27:13:
12 Curses and Consequences of:

But it shall come to pass, if you do not obey the voice of the Lord your God, to observe carefully all His commandments and His statutes which I command you today, that all these curses will come upon you and overtake you. Consequences of Rebellion
We know that Moses was not allowed to enter the promise land. Dt. 34:1-6 He was only was permitted to
see the land from a distance. Nevertheless, his successor Joshua, who was full of the spirit of wisdom Dt. 34:9,
has an encounter with God; where God establishes him as the new leader of Israel enabling him to guide Israel.
In the book of Joshua, chapters 4 and 9 coincide with Dt. 27:12-13 and Dt. 29. When you’ve passed the Jordan, they will be on Mount Gerizim.
Comment to emphasize: From Mount Gerizim to bless and from Mount Ebal to curse as we saw in groups of six.
Joshua 4:1-3 “And it came to pass, when all the people had completely crossed over the Jordan, that the Lord spoke to Joshua, saying: “Take for yourselves twelve men from the people, one man from every tribe, and command them, saying, ‘Take for yourselves twelve stones from here, out of the midst of the Jordan, from the place where the priests’ feet stood firm. You shall carry them over with you and leave them in the lodging place where you lodge tonight.”
There were 2 monuments made of 12 stones
Joshua initiates to build the first altar in the middle of the Jordan, v.9. “Then Joshua set up twelve stones in the midst of the Jordan, in the place where the feet of the priests who bore the Ark of the Covenant stood; and they are there to this day.”
The second altar was erected by God’s command Gilgal v. 19-20 “Now the people came up from the Jordan on the tenth day of the first month, and they camped in Gilgal on the east border of Jericho. And those twelve stones which they took out of the Jordan, Joshua set up in Gilgal.
After conquering Jericho, Joshua sent about 3000 men to conquer the city of Hai, but the Israelites fled. The inhabitants of Hai, killed 36 men and as a result devastated the people of Israel [Jos. 7:1-5]. Joshua humbles himself before the Ark of the Covenant of God making claims [Jos. 7:6-9]. But God gives Joshua a reason why their attempt to conquer Hai failed [Jos. 7:10-12].
• The sin [of the greed of which has the anathema, [of the cursed], theft and the lie]; produce that is not able to face the enemy
• Since man does not live or die for himself, his activities invariably affect the lives of many people.
• Curses need to be addressed to make progress in life.
• Only after the curses were removed, was Joshua able to conquer the city of Hai.
• Joshua raised an altar to the Lord, “The Altar of the Twelve” on Mount Ebal [Jos. 8:30]
• Having the Ark of the Covenant among them, half of them – six – went to Mount Gerizim and the other
half – six – went to Mount Ebal.
• We should aspire to be people of God’s altar.
• A people who approach God with our best.
• A people who are willing to offer a visible, fragrant aroma to God
• A people who are able to take authority to make decrees.
• A people who are capable of monitoring the access between the visible and invisible.
• A people who are consecrated and dedicated.
• A people who are not willing to negotiate God’s holiness.
We have been called to be a generation of kings and priests. Rev. 1:6 and we have been called to guard the altar “A fire shall always be burning on the altar; it shall never go out”. Lev. 6:13
Before Friday 9th, I was sharing with two intercessors, that today more than ever in our history as disciples of Jesus Christ, we are going to move in a critical time where we are going to require live another level of life. I am referring to live by biblical principles, instead of living by emotions or by religious affairs, since now; I told them, is going to be of the utmost importance to know and practice the biblical principles. On Friday 9th, when I was ready to go to sleep, but thinking of the situation confronting the United States, [personally within my spirit had been praying for two consecutive days on the time of transition in which we are], and meditating on how powerful is to practice the biblical principles, I started to pray: “Lord, please”, could you tell me which must be the right attitude we must have with what comes next?
A dream came: On one hand, I saw President Obama, but on the other hand, I saw a desolate city, empty city. Then suddenly I saw the number 4, and when I saw the number, I asked the Lord for the meaning of the number, and what relationship it had with President Obama and with the desolate city?
I heard the following words: Four means four different seasons, the first is called austerity, On hearing this the dream stopped.
Looking for the meaning of austerity, I found the following definitions:
1.- In economics, austerity refers to a policy of deficit-cutting by lowering spending via a reduction in the amount of benefits and public services provided. Austerity policies are often used by governments to try to reduce their deficit spending and are sometimes coupled with increases in taxes to demonstrate long-term fiscal solvency to creditors.
2.- A state of reduced spending and increased frugality in the financial sector. Austerity measures generally refer to the measures taken by governments to reduce expenditures in an attempt to shrink their growing budget deficits.
Due to this dream I do a cordial invitation to pray, so that together we can find the leading of the Holy Spirit.
But before seek Him, I want to share to you that back on October the 18th I was reading book of Daniel 12:10 that says: “Shall the wise shall understand” when I read this, I asked God, God please let us be part of this group. Almost immediately I saw in a vision a face of a female with a vail and when I saw that, Our Lord reminded me the magic charms. When I inquired to the Lord for the meaning of the vision, He reminded me Ezequiel 13:18-20 that says:
‘Thus says the Lord God: “Woe to the women who sew magic charms on their sleeves and make veils for the heads of people of every height to hunt souls! Will you hunt the souls of My people, and keep yourselves alive? And will you profane Me among My people for handfuls of barley and for pieces of bread, killing people who should not die, and keeping people alive who should not live, by your lying to My people who listen to lies?” ‘Therefore thus says the Lord God: “Behold, I am against your magic charms by which you hunt souls there like birds. I will tear them from your arms, and let the souls go, the souls you hunt like birds.
I remember when I saw this scripture in my heart I asked God, Lord in this very moment who are this groups that are putting magic charms on peoples eyes?
And the answer was: Through the liberal groups, sexual immorality, political and religious.
Doing a searching about this, I found a meaning of liberal word:
Definition: Favoring proposals for reform, open to new ideas for progress, and tolerant of the ideas and behavior of others; broad-minded
Comment: A general perception is that these groups have no respect to the Gospel of Jesus, why? that perhaps they don’t see us solid ambassadors. Societies, cities and Nations need us, we have a great opportunity in front of us to respond to them, how? with a practical yet powerful Gospel, with the power that has been poorly managed under a religious mentality, poorly handled under a legalistic mentality.
What we need to admit?
We need to admit that all of us are facing a unique time.
Jesus came to the earth to redeem systems that operates under the kingdom of darkness.
We as disciples need the anointing from above as in the case of the children of Issachar to contribute to what Jesus wants. [1 Chronicles 12:32 says: “of the sons of Issachar who had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do, their chiefs were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their command;].”
Also we need to recognize that we are living in a time of radical secularization, The radical secularization is driving the train out of tracks.
So we need training in a very short period of time in how to have stability because the nations are in a turmoil
Psalms 2:1-4 “Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord , and against his anointed, saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.”
We need open ourselves to God in order that He provide the ideas and the choice of how we can create freedom to re-install the body of Christ in the place for which it was designed.
This is a unbelievable opportunity to be a church, the powerful church, capable of showing God’s love and His righteousness to the Nations.
We have to beg God to lift and to develop intercessors able to understand these times to intercede with effectiveness against the system of the darkness that hangs over the face of the earth.
Finally I invite you to pray, but please open your heart and let the Holy Spirit guide you to define what to do as a person of his Kingdom.
History shows how others in their time took the opportunity to get up in front of the Almighty God in request and petition. They begged for wise leadership and the appropriate attitude to face the challenges of the day.
Intercession has unequivocally played an important role in local, national and international events. In this critical time of transition in the United States of America we can contribute in prayer, as did others. The Bible the Word of God give to us outstanding scriptures for every situation such as Psalm 67, which opens a window to a time of recognition and intercession.
God be merciful to us and bless us, and cause His face to shine upon us. This is a fitting refrain to the benediction of the high priest in the name of the Lord, as recorded in Num. 6:24-25. According to Rev. 1:6 Jesus himself established us as a generation of kings and priests to His God and Father, giving us legal rights to intercede for our nation.
That Your way may be known upon earth, Your salvation among all nations. Here in this nation His name has been known due to the actions of the Founding Fathers. History teaches us that when the Congress first met on September 7, 1774 Mr. Cushing made a motion that it should be opened with prayer. This prayer is well known as the “First Prayer in Congress”. This particular prayer made a tremendous spiritual influence in United States of America. After this, during the months of May through September 1787, fifty-five Founding Fathers met in Philadelphia for the purpose of drawing up a Constitution to govern the nation. That document was signed by thirty-nine of those delegates and sent to the States for ratification. By 1789, the Constitution had been approved and the new federal government formed, with George Washington elected as the first President. Under that Constitution, America has become the longest ongoing constitutional republic in the history of the world, contributing with evangelism around the world so that the name of the Lord is known in all the Earth.
Let the peoples praise You, O God. The act of expressing admiration to the Almighty God. The people here in North America should continue doing this.
Father in these November the 6th the people of this nation are going to elect President: We pray as part of the body of Jesus, crying out, “Have mercy on us! Please forgive us our sins, give us your blessing and keep us; make your face shine upon us and be gracious with this nation again. Amen!”
